I stumbled across this photo in my very limited pictures folder (not long had access to a digital camera, and still struggling to get to grips with computers full stop) when I immediately thought of you.
Yesterday seemed an ideal opportunity to see if I could actually upload it.
The story behind our bricks and men-men is a sentimental one. The bricks were given to my now 18yr-old son, Eddie, when he was a baby by my now ex-husband's first ex-wife(!) They've subsequently been an integral part of all four of my kids' early years, travelling all over the world with us - through France, Spain, Potugal and Italy when we lived in a horsebox and busked our way round Europe for three years. To Thailand and Indonesia, where we spent a month's stop-over each way when we were living in Australia. And of course here in England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales.
This photo was taken at the end of a dinner party at my place, where we dragged these out to entertain the young toddler of a friend of mine.
I look forward to the grandkids playing with them one day (but not too soon I hope!)
